International distributor Eccho Rights will bring brand new Turkish Drama series Terra Rossa to MIPCOM this October, as part of the company’s line up of hit scripted titles.

Terra Rossa (original title: Bereketli Topraklar) is produced by Sürec Film, and will premiere this autumn on Türkiye’s Show TV.

In Adana, the feud between the Bereketoğulları and Karahanlıs families reignites. As Ömer Bereketoğul (Engin Akyürek) struggles to protect his family and land, newly appointed prosecutor Nevin (Gülsim Ali) arrives, seeking justice for her fiancé’s death. Their collision sparks a dangerous bond, where duty and desire clash and love becomes the most unpredictable weapon of all.

Leading the cast is Engin Akyürek, one of the most recognisable faces in Turkish television, known from series such as Fatmagül and Black Money Love, for which he won an International Emmy nomination in the Best Actor category. Akyürek stars opposite Gülsim Ali, whose credits include An Anatolian Tale and the international sensation Resurrection: Ertugrul. Other stars include Bilal Yiğit Koçak (For My Family), İlayda Akdoğan (Wild Heart) and Sarp Akkaya (The Oath).
